Lenovo P2 with 5100 mAh Battery Launching Exclusively on Flipkart on January 11

Lenovo’s newest model, Lenovo P2 is launching Exclusively On Flipkart.The phone is having 5100 mAh battery life, which is highest in Lenovo series.

Lenovo P2 is all set to launch in India on Flipkart. The company has launched its P series with its battery life as its USP. Now, it’s time for the highest battery life to come live in India. 2016 proved to be a good year for Lenovo with the successful launch of Lenovo k6 Power and Lenovo k6 note in India. It looks like the company will start the new year with the P series.

The company has confirmed the report by teasing the Lenovo P2 on its official Twitter handle with the latest one reading: "Watch @issahilkhattar & @shibanidandekar unveil the much awaited Lenovo P2 #Powerhouse on 11th January,12:30 pm. Stay tuned for details!."

Lenovo P2 comes to India after it was first showcased at IFA 2016, which took place in early September last year. The P2 enters India after Lenovo introduced its K6 Power, K6 Note in India towards the end of 2016. Lenovo is also the number two smartphone vendor in India, according to data from research firm, International Data Corporation (IDC), just ahead of Chinese rival Xiaomi, and below Samsung, which is number one.

Lenovo will launch its P2 smartphone in India on January 11. The company confirmed the launch date via its social media accounts and noted that the phone will be available exclusively on Flipkart. 

Lenovo P2 Specifications : 

The highlight of the Vibe P2 smartphone is the 5100 mAh battery. It has a plastic back with a metal finish, and metal frames on the side and design-wise is similar to Vibe series. Just like the Vibe P1 smartphone, the P2 also supports on-the-go charging and you can use this device to power other smartphones.the smartphone is expected to have a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor.

The Lenovo P2 will feature a 5.5-inch full HD AMOLED display, powered by Qualcomm 625 SoC, coupled with 3GB/4GB LPDDR3 RAM and sporting 32GB of storage option which can be expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card. In terms of camera, Lenovo P2 sports a 13MP rear sensor and a 5MP front sensor. The smartphone comes with a dual-SIM (both Nano) support and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Lenovo P2 was launched in the two colour variants—Champagne Gold and Graphite Grey, and hence is expected to be available in India in both colours.The price is not out as of now, but since the Lenovo Vibe P1 was launched at a price of Rs 15,999 in India we can expect the new phone to be in the under Rs 20,000.
